Straight answer
socialMeter does not count TikTok followers.
If you were looking for a TikTok follower counter, here is why this one leaves TikTok out, and what it can count instead.
Sample numbers. Yours appear once it is set up.
Why
TikTok keeps the count to itself.
- TikTok gives follower counts only to apps that pass its app review, with each user signing in through TikTok.
- There is no owner-only key a creator can make for their own account, the way YouTube, Twitch or Last.fm allow.
- socialMeter talks straight to each platform with no server of ours in between, so it cannot hold that sign-in. We leave TikTok out rather than promise a count we cannot keep.
Counters that do show TikTok go through their own cloud service or a paid data vendor.
Instead
What it can count.
Creating short videos for more than one platform? Count YouTube subscribers, or your Twitch live viewers when you stream. Bluesky followers need only your handle.
In use

FAQ
Questions.
Will socialMeter ever support TikTok?
Only if TikTok offers a way for a device to read the count without a middleman. Updates are free and install themselves, so if that changes, existing devices get it too.
Is there a workaround for TikTok?
Not one we are willing to ship. The workarounds are a cloud service that holds your login or a paid data vendor, and both can stop working or start costing money.
What does socialMeter support?
20 platforms: YouTube, YouTube Live, Twitch, Kick, Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram, Spotify, Last.fm, GitHub, npm, Docker Hub, Discord, Discourse, Steam, Roblox, Minecraft servers, Wikipedia, Etsy and Shopify.
