FAQ

Questions.

What does it show while I am offline?

0 viewers, and your subscriber count stays on the card below. It picks the stream up on the next check after you go live.

Does it need my Kick password?

No. You create a free developer app on kick.com and paste its client ID and secret. The device trades those for a short-lived app token itself.

Is Kick support new?

Kick arrived in the September 2026 update, which every socialMeter installed over Wi-Fi by itself.

Does it need my Kick password?

No. It reads the count with the free key you make, never your password. The key stays on the device.
